These rates include electricity* and water.
Please contact us for the special price of renting the house during the Swedish Rally (second weekend of february).
For a longer period you can request a special price by email. Outside high season the house can also be rent per night. The house can be rent per week (max.6 people). Check in on Saturday from 3 pm and check out on Saturday before 10 am.
The deposit is € 150, - per rental. If the house is left clean and tidy , the security deposit will be refund. You are responsible for the final cleaning. If the house is not cleaned to our guidelines then we will deduct € 65, - or more from the deposit. Even when things are broken or lost during your stay, we will deduct the deposit.
You only need to take with the following:
• the necessary duvet covers and pillowcases
• Bath towels, kitchen towels and tea towels
The key to the house is in a safety deposit box at the front door of the house confirms is.2 weeks before the rental period you by e-mail the code and instructions for the safe has been sent. We expect that at the end of your rental period the key back into the locker does, so the next tenant also can use.
With no damage, and more drawing of any more energy consumed, the deposit will be refunded to your account.
Pets are in consultation allowed and smoking is allowed on the porch, so only outdoors.

* The rent included a 200 kWh energy consumption per week. For additional consumption is 20 eurocents per kilowatt hour will be charged.
