The spacious and sunny house is located on a large plot, is easily accessible and has the following format:

• Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet) and wardrobe;

• 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (2x90x 200) and large closet and a child's bed (1.20mx 53 cm), bathroom with second toilet and a second bedroom with two single beds ( 90 x 200 ) and a balcony;

• Basement: laundry room with washer, dryer and third bedroom also with two single beds  ( 90x200 )
   There is a dryving cabinet to dry your ski- dothes.
 . This space can be used in the winter as a heated playroom.




 

The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge / freezer, cooker and coffeemaker. There are duvets and pillows available for the six beds and enough storage for your wardrobe. Attached to the front of the house there is a big roof covered porch on which you can enjoy the evening sun. The house has a large garden with furniture.

The house is fully furnished and fully equipped with hot air heating for a comfort stay during the seasons.
